Alexandrea (Alex) Messner was born and raised in the northwest suburbs of Chicago, before moving downtown to attend Chicago State University. She then attended law school at Chicago-Kent College of Law in the evening program, working as a paralegal during the day.

Alex’s practice is concentrated on the representation of clients in the retail, restaurant, and hospitality industries. She has a strong background in many types of civil litigation including premises liability, transportation liability, products liability, and wrongful death. Alex is licensed to practice in Illinois and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.

In her free time, Alex enjoys playing volleyball, boxing, and trying new restaurants.
