Mr. Green was Case and Comment Editor of the Villanova Law Review.  Upon graduating from law school, Mr. Green clerked for The Honorable James McGirr Kelly of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

Following his clerkship, Mr. Green practiced at a large Philadelphia law firm, concentrating in complex commercial litigation.  Mr. Green now concentrates his practice in the area of complex civil litigation, particularly mass tort, class action, products liability, premises liability, and commercial litigation.

He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

In his spare time, Mr. Green enjoys sports, particularly Philadelphia Eagles football, and music.  Mr. Green is an avid Bruce Springsteen fan and has attended approximately forty Springsteen concerts.
