Since 2002, Ms. Beck’s practice has concentrated on insurance coverage counseling and litigation. She has represented insurance carriers and insureds in a broad range of coverage matters involving commercial general liability policies, commercial umbrella/excess policies, employers’ liability policies, commercial auto policies, homeowners’ policies, professional liability policies, business owners’ policies and commercial property policies. Kristina’s work includes analyzing coverage issues, assessing insurance carriers’ risks, preparing coverage opinions, and handling all aspects of coverage litigation (including appeals) in state and federal courts. Kristina has significant experience in representing insurance carriers in connection with disputes regarding coverage for environmental clean-up claims and product recalls.

Ms. Beck is admitted to the bar in Illinois and California.  Ms. Beck is an active member of Illinois Association of Defense Trial Counsel. Ms. Beck is an active member of the Illinois Association of Defense Trial Counsel.
