Nick Porter is a seasoned litigator who focuses his practice on defense litigation in representing businesses in the retail, restaurant, and hospitality industries. He primarily represents clients in defending against negligence, premise liability and Dram Shop allegations.

Nick is a graduate of Northern Illinois University College of Law. While in law school he worked at NIU Students’ Legal Assistance where he developed a passion for representing clients in a variety of legal issues.

Nick has prior experience representing condominium/homeowner’s associations, auto defense litigation and representing small businesses.

Nick is admitted to practice in Illinois and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
