“Doing a route at the absolute limit of the possible demands and encourages a coordination of all peripheral factors. It is, at the same time, a sign of joy and contentment with that moment, perhaps even a mirror of the equilibrium in your inner spirit, a mirror of a liberated state of mind.”

Rex Brien has served as national and trial counsel for numerous insurance company clients for over thirty years, involved in notable environmental and products liability coverage actions throughout the United States. He also litigates complex insurance bad faith litigation, and won the pretrial dismissal of one of the largest bad faith claims in Pennsylvania (in excess of $60 million in underlying damages). Mr. Brien has litigated extensively in the field of legal malpractice defense, obtaining the first Pennsylvania appellate court rejection of the “continuous representation” role. He also has broad experience in litigating through trial construction defect and accident claims, both in the direct defense of insureds and in the representation of insurers in coverage disputes.
