Richard J. Zito is an experienced litigator who represents clients in a broad range of legal matters in state and federal court. With a keen appreciation of the unique challenges facing clients in the retail, restaurant, and hospitality industries, Rich is committed to providing comprehensive and cost-effective legal representation to help clients achieve their business goals.

Rich is a graduate of the University of Michigan Law School, where he honed his advocacy skills both as a semifinalist in the Henry M. Campbell Moot Court competition and during a semester-long intensive trial advocacy practicum.

He also has extensive experience advising large companies in connection with the design and implementation of employee benefits plans and issues relating to executive compensation.

Rich is admitted to practice in Illinois and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
